YTDC series nitrogen purging instrument is a high-precision temperature control instrument formed by the combination of microcomputer processing and PIDcontrol mode . Its working principle is to quickly, continuously and control the nitrogen gas.

Blow on the surface of the heated sample, and set the heating temperature according to the evaporation speed and boiling point of the concentrated solvent toachieve rapid concentration of a large number of samples.

This instrument uses aluminum heating block, which transfer heat resistance, uniform heat transfer, which facilitates rapid heating and rapid temperature control. Nitrogen was blown onto the surface of the sample to achieve anaerobic concentration of the liquid sample.

 

 

Features

· Each purge needle can be controlled independently, and there are 12 airway control switches, which do not waste gas.

· The heater enables the sample to be quickly and efficiently heated to the evaporation temperature , and at the same time, the gas is blown from the gas cavity to the surface of the solution through the gas needle, which promotes the rapid evaporation of the solution and the sample concentration.

· The entire working system consists of an adjustable gas chamber and a heater.

· The position of the air needle in the air cavity can be changed to make it suitable for different test tubes. The standard air needle length is150mm.

· The height of the air cavity can be adjusted according to the height of the liquid level of the solvent. When the toxic solvent is concentrated, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood.

· Automatic fault detection and alarm function , equipped with air cavity and special adjustable bracket as standard.
